Master Burns BBUSA offers a comprehensive program that blends traditional martial arts principles with modern training methods to build confidence, discipline, and practical self-defense skills. Fundamental teachings of Tae Kwon Do include elements to include: Punching, Kicking, Jumping and Sliding Kicks, Blocks, Defensive Punching, Forms, Defensive Kicking, Body Grabs, Knife Techniques, Sparring, Board Breaking, Korean Words and Counting, and Competitive Tournaments.
